dieRaum24 took place again from October 2nd to 4th, 2024, in the TVFA Hall at TU Wien. Under the motto “City Dreams”, the exhibition explored both urban utopias and dreams, as well as their darker aspects.

The open call was widely distributed to universities, associations, and workshops in Vienna. In addition to the traditional contributions from the urban planning and architecture departments of TU Wien, the exhibition received numerous other submissions: from art universities, collectives, and individuals who presented their work independently. Student projects, photo series, installations, films, and much more were on display.

The supporting program included a panel discussion on the topic “Where have all the urban utopias gone?” and a film evening featuring “Stadt Land Boden – Ein Blick auf Baukultur und Bodennutzung“, a co-production of LandLuft and ORF.
